Here are 10 Practices to guide you on your journey:
1. Start Your Morning with Intention
Begin your day by setting a clear intention. Take 2-3 minutes to visualize how you want your day to unfold—whether it’s staying calm, accomplishing tasks, or nurturing your health. Follow this with 16 oz. of warm lemon water to hydrate and kick-start digestion. If desired, enjoy 16 oz. of fresh celery juice to support detoxification and energy.
2. Set Small, Attainable Goals for the Day
Write down one or two meaningful goals. These can be as simple as prepping a healthy meal, taking a short walk, or practicing a mindfulness activity. Small, realistic steps build momentum and confidence.
