Ingredients:
1 cup raw butternut squash
1 frozen banana
1 ripe soft persimmon (you can substitute this for 1 more frozen banana)
1 ½ cups organic almond or coconut milk
1 TSPN Chia, Hemp, or Flax Seeds
1 tspn cinnamon
¼ tspn clove
¼ tspn ginger powder
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend!
