1-2 stalks of kale
1 stalk swiss chard or collard greens
½ avocado
1 apple
1 pear
2-3 cups clean filtered water
Small piece of ginger (optional)
Note: add 1-2 dates if desired for more sweetness
Instructions:
- Fill a high-speed blender jar with about 2-3 cups water
- Add kale and chard/collards until it fills to the top of the jar, blend until smooth
- Add avocado, pear, apple and ginger, blend until smooth
- Drink immediately and put the rest in mason jars and keep in the fridge for up to 1 day. This is a great nutritious breakfast or mid morning/afternoon snack!
**Alternative: To save time, blend all ingredients at one time.
