1 tomato, chopped
¼ bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 – 2 Tsp. cilantro, chopped 

1 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
Pink Himalayan salt & pepper to taste



  1. In a medium size bowl, mash avocado with a spoon or fork
  2. Add all other ingredients and mix well
  3. Enjoy right away or place in the fridge for 15 min. to let the flavors set in
  4. Great with cut veggies like jicama or cucumbers, or organic/Non-GMO corn or rice chips.
