2 large or 3 medium ripe avocados
1 tomato, chopped
¼ bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 – 2 Tsp. cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
Pink Himalayan salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium size bowl, mash avocado with a spoon or fork
- Add all other ingredients and mix well
- Enjoy right away or place in the fridge for 15 min. to let the flavors set in
- Great with cut veggies like jicama or cucumbers, or organic/Non-GMO corn or rice chips.
