Foot Zoning
Most people can receive foot zones, it is a safe and non-invasive treatment. Here are situations when a person should NOT get a Foot Zone:
- Have foreign objects in the body, such as metal, plastic or silicon.
- Have a transplanted organ.
- Had physical surgery in the last 6-8 weeks.
- Had chemotherapy in the past.
- Had radiation treatment in the past.
- Currently have internal bleeding.
- Have a condition that is illegal to touch.
How to prepare for your Foot Zone and what to do after:
- Come with clean feet.
- Wear comfortable clothing.
- Make sure you drink a lot of water before and after your treatment.
- Eat lots of fresh berries and/or fresh greens through the day.
- You may feel relaxed or tired after a Foot Zone due to detoxing of the glands and tissue in the body. Take it easy and be mindful of deep breathing throughout the day.
- It is highly recommended that you take an Epsom salt bath after your treatment to further the detox.
What your Foot Zone session offers:

This treatment consists of using the knuckles and thumbs and applying light circular motions to specific parts of the foot. Clients feel relaxed and revitalized during and after their treatment.
- Application of Pure Essential Oils – EOs are applied directly on the feet during a zone. Each EO has unique therapeutic properties and provides deeper healing.
Back Zoning
Most people can receive Back Zones, it is a safe and non-invasive treatment. Here are situations when a person should NOT get a Back Zone:
- Currently pregnant
- Currently have an infection or tooth inflammation
- Have a condition that is illegal to touch
How to prepare for your Back Zone and what to do after:
- Wear comfortable loose clothing.
- No necklaces or earrings (or be prepared to take them off during the treatment)
- Make sure you drink a lot of water before and after your treatment.
- Eat lots of fresh berries and/or fresh greens through the day.
- Come without food in the stomach.
- You may feel relaxed or tired after a Back Zone due to detoxing of the glands and tissues in the body. Take it easy and be mindful of deep breathing throughout the day.
- It is highly recommended that you take an Epsom salt bath after your treatment to further the detox.
- Back zoning cannot be done if you are currently menstruating, it’s best to wait until after.
