Experiment with different gluten free grains like quinoa, millet, buckwheat, brown, and wild rice.

-2 cups Organic GF rolled oats
-2 ripe bananas, mashed
-2 cups almond milk or other plant based milk
-1 apple, peeled and cubed
-dash of Himalayan sea salt
-1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
-1 tsp. Vanilla essence (alcohol free)
-1/4 – 1/2 cup raisins, goji berries, or mulberries
-Preheat the oven to 375F
-Mix all the ingredients into a baking dish or pie dish
-Bake for about 35-40 mins until lightly brown
-Enjoy as a yummy breakfast or as a snack
