I was brainstorming topics for my next newsletter and realized that although I Foot Zone people everyday and even zone myself daily, I’ve rarely written about Foot Zoning. Whether you’ve been zoned a hundred times, or never before, I hope that this message can help you to understand more about this powerful healing tool.
I discovered Foot Zoning over ten years ago when I was desperate to find a solution to all my chronic health issues. I was in constant pain and experienced debilitating migraines a few times a week. I was 20 lbs. overweight, had chronic fatigue, and horrible digestion. I was sensitive to almost all foods and any environmental stimulants. I was a hot mess!
After searching for years, I found Foot Zoning – which led me on this incredible healing journey towards greater health and happiness. I met my dear friend and mentor, Amber bodily and the rest was history. Foot Zoning and Amber’s guidance completely changed my life and I am so grateful to be able to share this incredible healing tool with my friends, family and community. Since then, I’ve worked with hundreds of people and have witnessed extraordinary transformations.
