I hope you are doing well wherever you may be as we shelter in place during the Coronavirus. There is a lot of uncertainty in the world right now, and perhaps you may be experiencing some stress and mixed emotions. I feel you and I’m with you. One thing is for certain, as we stand together as a community, we will get through this time with more grace and gratitude.

Since I cannot see clients face to face during this time, I started thinking of other ways to give back to our community. This unprecedented time has called for a rise in creativity and growth in our virtual communities. So I plan to share some of my healing tools via my Blog, Youtube, Instagram and Facebook.
