It’s a green juice kind of morning at our house! After recovering from a lingering cold, this is just the best cleansing drink I feel like having today.  

This green drink is so nourishing and loaded with antioxidants, it will give you a boost in energy and get you ready for the day. For the best results, I recommend drinking this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. But is you can’t get it in, drinking it later in the day is also super beneficial for an afternoon boost.

Ingredients:

1/2 stalk celery

1 inch ginger root

2 cups kale

1 cucumber

1 large apple

Directions:

•Wash all ingredients well and cut into small chunks

•Juice in a juicer and drink within 15 minutes to get the highest quality nutrients.
