It’s been some time since my last post, for obvious reasons! Being a mom of two has been more challenging than I could ever imagined! But It has also been the most beautiful and transformational experience of my life.

Are you a mom or know of a mom who is struggling to find balance, energy, and time for self care? I can totally relate! Since my second child Harmony has been born, I’ve been feeling more tired, unmotivated, and not quite myself. Now that she is 8 months, I feel like I’m finally getting out of the new born mommy rut. But this has not been an easy or natural transition. There has been plenty of ups and downs. I’ve realized that it takes daily practice and commitment to keep myself feeling positive, calm, and energetic everyday. My intention is to share my best practices with you to help you to elevate your health, happiness and be the mom you want to be.

The morning routine I share in the video is tried and true and has helped tremendously. How you start your day sets the tone for the rest of your day and even your week! I hope you will give meditation a try, it is a wonderful morning ritual that can change your life. Then followed by a healthy wholesome breakfast and some movement/exercise that you enjoy. Your body and mind will thank you and all the people you interact with will benefit as well!
