Fall is in the air, the leaves are looking radiant, it’s beautiful all around. I just love this warm and cozy season. With all the pumpkins around, I thought of making a pumpkin smoothie. This one is a keeper, it’s so smooth and delicious, and is perfect for a healthy hearty breakfast!
Creamy Raw Pumpkin Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 cups raw peeled and cubed pumpkin
2-3 cut fully ripe frozen bananas
1 tsp. cinnamon or pumpkin spice
1 1/2 cups non dairy milk – almond, coconut, hemp, etc. (you could also use coconut water).
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
