Ingredients:

1 large bunch of curly kale

1-2 tsp olive oil

Himalayan salt to taste

Optional: garlic granules or paprika

 

Directions:

Wash kale, tear off leaves off the stems (save stems for smoothies)

Allow to sit out to dry overnight, or pat until all moisture is gone

Preheat oven to 350F

Mix kale with olive oil

Arrange kale in a single layer on 2 baking sheets

Bake for 20 minutes, and stirring once in between

Take out of oven and sprinkle some salt

Optionally sprinkle some garlic granules and/or paprika

Enjoy the crunchiness!
