2 cups green kale, thinly sliced
1 large avocado, medium chopped
½ cup cherry tomatoes
½ cup yellow or orange bell pepper
1 Tsp. parsley, minced
Honey Mustard Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
½ tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. lime juice

1 Tsp. water
½ tsp. organic Dijon mustard
½ -1 tsp. organic honey (raw) or maple syrup
Pinch pink Himalayan sea salt & black pepper to taste


  1. Mix all salad ingredients in a large salad bowl
  2. Mix all dressing ingredients in a small bowl
  3. Toss salad with dressing and enjoy!
