2-3 stalks of kale
½ cup parsley or cilantro
½ avocado (optional)
½ – 1 banana
1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
2-3 cups clean filtered water
Note: add more berries if desired, or for more sweetness, add 1-2 dates


    1. Fill a high speed blender jar with about 2-3 cups water
    2. Add kale and parsley/cilantro until it fills to the top of the jar, blend until smooth
    3. Add banana, berries and avocado, blend until smooth
    4. Drink immediately and put the rest in mason jars and keep in the fridge for up to 1 day. This is a great nutritious breakfast or mid morning/afternoon snack!

**Alternative: To save time, blend all ingredients at one time.
