1 cup raw almonds, soaked for >4 hours or overnight
3-4 cups pure water
1-2 dates soaked until soft
½ tsp. vanilla extract, powder or essential oil OR cinnamon

 

 

 

 

Instructions:

  1. Put all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend for about 60 seconds or until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, use hands to filter the milk in a Nut Milk Bag until all liquid is squeezed out.
  3. Enjoy milk with hot breakfast porridge, homemade granola, or as refreshing drink! Keep milk in a jar in refrigerator.  Will last 3-4 days.
