1 frozen banana

1 1/4 cups frozen mixed berries

1/4 cup almond or coconut milk (add a bit more if it’s too thick)

1 handful raw kale or spinach

Optional toppings: dried coconut flakes and/or cacao nibs


  • Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend for about 60-90 seconds.  Poor or scoop into a nice glass and enjoy!
  • (If you have a Vitamix, you may want to use a tamper to help blend)

The best thing about this treat is that it is totally Guilt-Free!!!
